How to delete a column from a DataFrame?

This is my DataFrame:

    Name  Age Gender
0   John   25      M
1  Alice   30      F
2    Bob   21      M
3   Mary   27      F

I don’t want the age column in this DataFrame, how can I remove/delete it?
